LuAnn Alexander & Richard Salinas Scholarship

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must attend an Edinburg C.I.S.D. high school.

​

  • Must be a graduating high school senior.

​

  • Must be a participant on the school tennis team (coaches will verify).

​

  • Must provide proof of acceptance to a college or university.

​

  • Must complete the essay.

SCHOLARSHIP DETAILS

  • Two scholarships will be awarded - one boy and one girl.

​

  • Each recipient will recieve $1,250

​

  • Deadline to submit your scholarship application: June 14th

ESSAY INFORMATION

  • Minimum of 250 words and maximum 500 words.

​

  • Topic: A Legacy of Impact

  • LuAnn Alexander and Richard Salinas were known for making a positive impact on others. Describe how you have positively influenced your school, team, family, or community and how you hope to continue doing so in the future.
